Multiple Listing Service Membership

Participation in the SAAR MLS is restricted to REALTOR® Members (either licensed real estate agents or appraisers) who hold membership in a local or state association.

Costs are:

$350 one time office participation fee

SAAR Members: $20/month/agent

non-SAAR Members: $35/month/agent

Application for MLS Participation

You can also get sold only access to the MLS for the same cost, less the office participation fee.
