REALTOR® Property Resource - SAAR is one of the early adopters to participate in the REALTOR® Property Resource.  This initiative provides access to a national database of real property information and gives real estate professionals the best access to real property information needed to serve their clients and customers. It includes in-depth, trusted information on every parcel of real property including public record information, details of prior transactions, MLS-provided information, zoning information, transfer tax information, and other relevant information.

Public Open House Site - SAAR provides a public open houses website at NorthlandOpenHouses.com. Simply enter your open house information into Paragon and we will do the rest. Not to worry when the open house is over - it will be automatically removed!

Marketing Resources - Reinforce you real estate expertise with prospects and clients by providing educational handouts on hot topics, from how to choose the best mortgage to moving safely with pets.
